West Side Salvage, a leader in grain recovery and disaster response, is looking for Job Site Laborers and Foremen to join their growing team. When grain bins collapse, fires break out, or floods hit-they are the crew that gets the job done and helps businesses bounce back.

What You'll Do:
As a Laborer/Operator, you'll be hands-on at the front lines of disaster cleanup and recovery-teaming up to safely clean out and salvage damaged grain structures. Travel is part of the job, but they have you covered (paid expenses, solid per diem, and overtime when on the road).

Looking to lead? They also hiring Foremen team members to oversee field crews and manage demolition, recovery, and salvage projects from start to finish.

What You Bring:
Laborers/Operators

• Mechanical skills or a willingness to learn

• Experience with trucks or heavy equipment is a plus

• Valid driver's license required (CDL A or B preferred-or willingness to get one)

• Willingness to travel overnight

Foremen

• Experience leading crews in construction or mechanical settings

• CDL Class A strongly preferred

• Solid communication & leadership skills

• Ability to travel and manage crews on job sites
