who have not worked in the industry prior.

• Show up on time and ready to grind
• Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
• Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility
• Or already know a little and want to go pro
• Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops
  - tech savvy is a MUST
• Can pass a background check & drug test
• Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
• Want a career, not another mid-level job
