Position OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician
, you’ll be a key player in delivering a consistently excellent living experience for our residents. You’ll handle maintenance requests with professionalism and care, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and welcoming.
- Property Maintenance – You will provide maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
- Customer Service – As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.
- Proactive Property Care – While completing work orders, you’ll keep an eye out for other opportunities to improve the property. Your observations and initiative help us maintain high standards and provide lasting value to both residents and property owners.
- Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
- A sense of pride in completing high-quality work
- You enjoy maintenance and working with your hands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical intuition
- Patience, clear communication, and a team-first mindset
- Dependability, punctuality, and integrity
