- Identify sales opportunities, present solutions, overcome objections, and close business across assigned dealership groups
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the senior leadership level within dealer groups
- Document client business structure, needs, and decision-making processes to tailor solutions effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for revenue growth and product penetration
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities using Salesforce and ensure effective communication with internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in complex sales cycles with senior executives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- 4+ years of experience selling automotive retail products or equivalent CRM software
- 2+ years of experience selling to large dealer groups or OEMs
- Deep knowledge of Cox Automotive products and services
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and ability to lead presentations at senior levels
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
