• Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process by building leads, accepting inbound calls, and scheduling follow‑ups with small business owners
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and communicating effectively with clients
• Promote the employer’s value proposition, including its history and various coverage options
• Support a high‑performing sales culture by managing daily work activities confidently and efficiently
• Handle both inbound sales calls and outbound communications to close sales

• Strong natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Ability to balance inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Bilingual (Spanish‑speaking) is a plus
• Previous experience in a sales role within a call center environment
