What You’ll Be Doing- Drive new business across the Western US, building long‑term sales plans and securing key accounts
- Lead commercial analysis, budget forecasting, and pricing strategy to maximize account profitability
- Deepen customer engagement by aligning high‑value solutions to complex process needs
- Act as the commercial face of the business, owning relationships and negotiations across a large territory
- Proven success managing complex accounts in mining, materials, or heavy industry
- Technical credibility through a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar (Master’s a plus)
- Strong commercial judgement with experience in value‑based selling and margin improvement
- Confidence to lead across diverse customer environments with significant travel
