Residential Marketing Associate - Waterloo, IA

Join our growing team of Residential Marketing Associates!

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We aim to make a difference in the lives of homeowners and communities. We are seeking Residential Marketing Associates!

This position earns commission in addition to a base pay. You will receive an hourly wage of $20, with current employees earning up to $27/hr including incentives. Work hours are Monday - Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with specific start and end times varying by season and area. Breaks and a 1-hour lunch are provided.

Base pay depends on experience, education, location, and certifications, with more details available during hiring.

This role involves generating qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager
• Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to keep accurate records
• Maintain a professional appearance, be courteous, and adhere to municipal permitting requirements
• Attend meetings and training, and be able to walk for long periods in various weather conditions
• Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness
• Master product knowledge and promotional offerings, becoming a Signature Service expert
• Participate in daily morning meetings via Zoom or in person
• Coordinate with the Proximity Manager before and after shifts

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Customer Service or Door-to-Door experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, comfortable with tablets
• Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily within 60 miles of the office
