Big Iron is seeking dynamic Equipment Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team across the Central United States. This role involves managing defined geographic territories, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and conducting successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate.
The successful candidate will have the autonomy to build their territory while supported by comprehensive training, advanced technology, and an experienced management team committed to their success. Responsibilities- Manage defined geographic territories and develop customer relationships within the agricultural community
- Generate leads and conduct successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate
- Build territory autonomy with support from training, technology, and management
- Utilize industry-leading commission structures and tools to maximize earning potential
- 2+ years of successful sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong preference for agricultural industry background (equipment, commodities, farm services)
- Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship-based industries valued
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills within the agricultural community
- Existing network or connections within agricultural markets preferred
- Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
- Willingness to invest time and effort in territory development
- Genuine passion for agricultural markets and rural communities

Territory OpportunitiesWe currently have Equipment Sales Representative openings in multiple states including Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Illinois, and surrounding areas. Territories are assigned based on location and market potential, with most territories comprising 3–6 counties.
