General FunctionAn eCommerce Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally with technology, content providers, department leadership, retail operations, and others involved in eCommerce.

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinates merchandising enhancements on all eCommerce properties
Performs cost-benefit analysis to evaluate new operational improvements and technologies and provides recommendations
Collaborates cross-functionally with technology, content providers, department leadership, retail operations, and others involved in eCommerce
Participates in sales, marketing, and project planning meetings
Ensures all content is correct and items are available to purchase online
Reports to work when scheduled and works expected number of hours
Attends and participates in industry and company meetings.
Performs other job‑related duties and special projects as required.
Ability to travel as needed within Hy‑Vee trade territory.
Must be proficient using computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent required; 2‑3 years previous related work experience.
Physical RequirementsVisual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform physical and sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 20 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and interact with people in a friendly, professional manner.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Must have the ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Must possess the ability to compose original correspondence, follow technical manuals, evaluate technical data and counsel or advise people.
The duties of this position are performed in both retail and office settings where there is weekly pressure to meet deadlines.
Equipment Used to Perform JobMainframe and/or Windows computer software and application development tools. PC, telephone and calculator.
Financial ResponsibilityResponsible for company assets including the purchase and maintenance of third party applications.
ConfidentialityHas access to confidential information including payroll, sales, inventory and profit.
