Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser Floater, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support teammates with seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be between $15.00 and $17.00 depending on skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the week.
• Average weekly hours are between 5 and 10 hours.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays is required (may include weekends).

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours during peak holidays; may work on the holiday itself.
• Department resets: assist with installing and relocating Hallmark fixtures, rebuilding card sections, and other tasks; advance notice of two weeks.
• Team support: work with other merchandisers to support each other’s territories.

This role is physically demanding. You must lift, push, pull, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and use ladders as needed.

• At least 18 years of age.
• English literacy: read, write, and understand.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to and between assigned stores.
