Position Summary:
This role will be working within the manufacturing facility and will be responsible for maintaining total quality and training for multiple product lines.

- Review internal and external quality data for assigned product groups, using external data to drive product/process improvements and internal data to identify areas for enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with plant engineers and line technicians to improve production processes, embedding quality into the product and increasing output.
- Spend most of the day on the production floor, auditing processes and products, implementing quality assurance/quality control procedures, and supporting the assigned product groups.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Quality Manager to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Spend 95% of the day on the manufacturing floor implementing quality solutions while also working on major projects.
- Accept total responsibility for product quality, including procured and in‑house parts, assembly process, functional testing, and packaging of finished products.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset focused on Kaizen (small changes for the better).
- Perform quality audits, quality admin inspections, and support staff with any quality‑related questions.
- Organize and present audit findings in a measurable manner to obtain deliverables and initiate corrective actions.
- Review manufacturing and quality instructions, methods, and processes to identify and improve product build quality.
- Work with the Quality Manager to manage the QMS for third‑party audit organizations.
- Report directly to the Quality Manager for your facility.
- 0–10 years of experience.
- Four‑year technical degree in an electrical, electronics, or mechanically oriented curriculum.
- Internship/co‑op experience preferred.
- Enjoy hands‑on product exposure.
- Electrical skills and experience required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
- Strong multi‑tasking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Strong emphasis on perfect product quality and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods of time.
- Must use ladder, forklift, or other equipment to acquire parts for product assembly.
- Ability to use power and hand tools, as well as electrical testing and measuring equipment.
- Ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds independently.

$65k–$90k base, negotiable based on experience. Additional monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
