This key Quality Leadership position is located at the Missouri Valley, IA plant. The Quality Supervisor reports to the Director of Quality and works closely with suppliers, internal and external customers, and plant leadership.

• Identify and conduct statistical analysis of production processes, reporting findings and assisting in resolution.
• Significantly improve quality processes to increase efficiency and reduce defects across value streams.
• Leverage supplier performance data and collaborate with Corporate Supplier Quality Engineering to improve purchase quality.
• Apply tools such as A3, PDCA, RCCA, OTD, 8D to communicate current state and actions for quality, cost, and performance improvements.
• Develop and implement process-oriented work instructions or quality standards to eliminate variation and ensure parts meet all requirements.
• Interact at all levels of the supply chain with suppliers and customers, maintaining effective communication.
• Use warranty data to drive overall product quality improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and coach cross‑functional problem‑solving activities for product quality, cost, and performance goals.
• Promote error‑proofing solutions in collaboration with plant operational and lean practitioners.
• Provide technical expertise for development, maintenance, and adherence to engineering and quality specifications.
• Communicate status of quality issues internally and to customers as required.
• Train employees, coordinate work schedules, address complaints, and resolve quality problems.

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience focused on process improvement and/or supplier quality.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (Cp, Cpk, XBar&R, etc.).
• Comprehensive knowledge of QA Standards such as ISO 9001:2015, TS16949, etc.
• Experience as a primary liaison to critical suppliers with functional understanding of the supplier‑customer relationship.
• Ability to generate effective reporting using A3, PDCA, RCCA, OTD, 8D, or similar tools.
