We're seeking a passionate Equine Associate Veterinarian to join our team. Ideal candidates have strong general or sports medicine skills, but we also welcome new graduates eager to grow; mentorship and CE support are built into our culture.

• Eligible for Iowa veterinary licensure
• Strong equine diagnostic and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and a team‑first mindset
• Ability to travel within a 40‑mile service radius

Full‑time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM
-5:00 PM

Flexible 4‑day work week available

On‑call duties shared equally among DVMs

Collaborative, sustainable scheduling approach

Climate‑controlled 14‑stall barn & 2 appointment rooms with stocks

Indoor lameness arena for year‑round evaluations

Shockwave, laser therapy, and in‑house lab diagnostics

Fully equipped ambulatory vehicles

Base Salary: $75K -$100K (DOE) +
22% production bonus
