Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is experienced in geriatric care, medication management, and supervising support staff in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact license if applicable)
- LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
