Critical Care Registered Nurse | Osage, Iowa

Location: Osage

Deliver critical care and compassion as a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU services. This contract opportunity involves providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, performing assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

Schedule/

Hours:

• 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients requiring intensive care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Operate and maintain ICU equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications or Desired

Experience:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing
• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
• Knowledge of ICU equipment and monitoring devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
