As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. You will ensure residents receive a high standard of care by supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and education, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, maintaining infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing.

Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
