Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or have completed a State of Iowa accredited CNA program, with prior CNA experience preferred.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your duties include performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), observing changes in resident condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining educational requirements. Residents rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to remain comfortable and safe.
