As a staff nurse you will manage the operations of your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive high‑standard care. Your duties include supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and education, fostering a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintaining infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing for resident needs.

Minimum: an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
