As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As an LPN you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive the high standard of care they expect. Your responsibilities include administering medication and nursing care per the individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, leading on the team, advocating for residents, and maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.
