Pay range: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour plus shift differentials.

Your Day-to-Day as a RN - ED/PCUAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will:
- Directly care for patients of all ages across a range of emergency situations.
- Teach and support patients, families, and significant others, ensuring they understand their health and treatment plans.
- Supervise and direct the activities of LPNs and CNAs to maintain the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity and safety while working in a fast‑paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Graduation from an accredited RN program.
- Current registration and valid nursing license with the Iowa Board of Nursing.
- Fulfillment of all Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements mandated by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
- Proficiency in certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills, with experience supervising LPNs and CNAs.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Must meet all CEU requirements mandated by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain current registration and valid license with the Iowa Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain knowledge in all areas of nursing; must maintain certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP.
