- Serve as the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments and act as a team leader.
- Advocate for residents to promote safety and comfort.
- Minimum: an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior LPN experience is preferable but the employer will invest in the right candidate.
