• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are the backbone of the Clinical Department.
• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments and act as a team leader.
• Advocate for residents to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

• Unencumbered State of Iowa LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
