What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Charge Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift; this includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Do you have what it takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Active, in good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of practice with current credentials. Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership abilities, plus a professional demeanor.
