Country Lane Manor - Keosauqua, IA. Country Lane Manor is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you ll play a critical part in delivering top-quality care to our residents while working in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

• Coordinate and deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and best practices
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during your shift
• Monitor and document resident conditions and update care teams accordingly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide wound care, collect specimens, and assist with diagnostics
• Ensure resident safety and uphold all infection control standards

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• Mental health experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
