Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time 6AM–6PM | Belle Plaine Specialty Care

Belle Plaine Specialty Care, part of the Care Initiatives network, is now hiring a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time for the 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Supervise and support nursing staff and CNAs during your shift
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with physicians and families
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

• Current RN license in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate)
• Valid CPR certification
• Knowledge of long‑term care regulations preferred
• Compassionate, respectful, and team‑oriented approach to resident care
