• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• khi compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑Parsed component (Aveanna can assist after hire)
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
