Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour

Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address. Additional $5/hour float premium and $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 pm – 6:00 am). Must work at least 30 hours/month and one weekend shift/month. Requires 3 months of experience in Long Term Care (6 months preferred).

The RN is responsible for providing individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, care coordination, and delegation within the scope of nursing practice.

Preferred:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure in NLC states. Maintain required competencies and certifications.
