ShiftsWe offer 4, 8 and 12‑hour shifts. Positions are available full‑time (30+ hours weekly) or part‑time (up to 29 hours weekly).
- Days: 6 am – 2:30 pm
- Float: 6 am – 10 am / 4 pm – 8 pm
- Nights: 10 pm – 6:30 am

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands‑on care to residents in a nursing home environment, ensuring residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well‑being.
Responsibilities- Follow and uphold The Community’s philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and quality of life.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
- Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
- Follow safety policies when performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
- Adhere to policies and procedures of The Community.
- Comply with rules outlined in the Community’s employee handbook.
- Attend and participate in facility meetings and in‑service training programs as assigned.
- Follow infection control guidelines.
- Report changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
- Observe residents’ rights, including privacy and dignity.
- Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.

Salary: $36.00‑$40.56 per hour.
