- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on care plans and priorities
- Coordinate resident admissions and family communications
- Promote emotional and physical comfort for residents and families
- Lead, mentor, and support certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
- Graduate of a state board‑approved nursing program
- Licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of Iowa
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attendance and reliability
