Job Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Legacy Healthcare LLC, located in Aplington, Iowa.

As an LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care, medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans, conduct resident assessments, act as a team leader, and advocate for residents.

As a minimum, you must have an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
