Hours:

40.00. Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00. Pay Info: $6,000 Sign-On Bonus.

This role involves coordinating and delivering nursing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, and may serve as charge nurse as needed.

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, inter-disciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, provide resident education, and perform nursing interventions.
• May supervise unlicensed assistive personnel and delegate tasks within competence and policy.

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state).
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
