Travel LPN – Skilled Nursing / LTC

We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term travel assignment in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys travel work, values a consistent schedule, and provides reliable, hands-on patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes as needed

• Assist with care planning and daily clinical needs

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Follow all facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license

• Skilled nursing or LTC experience preferred

• Ability to adapt quickly in a travel setting

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Compliance validation required
