We are seeking a qualified Travel RN or LPN for a weekend-only Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) assignment in Iowa. This position is covering a vacancy and offers a consistent day-shift weekend schedule with guaranteed hours and an ASAP start.

Assignment Details

• Location: Iowa

• Contract Length: 13–16 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Shift: 12-hour Day Shifts

• Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license

• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Ability to work weekend day shifts consistently

• Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
