    • Provide high‑quality LPN care in a long‑term care setting.
    • Administer medications under physician and supervisor guidance.
    • Monitor vitals, perform wound care and assessments.
    • Assist with activities of daily living, support mobility and fall prevention.
    • Participate in care planning and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
  • Professional growth: develop specialty skills in geriatric and long‑term care nursing, deepen assessment and care coordination abilities, and gain exposure to dementia care, palliative support, and transitional care pathways.
