As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will ensure efficient and effective nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and maintain resident/family satisfaction in compliance with state and federal regulations and the Nurse Practice Act. You will provide direct resident care, lead nursing care during your shift, assign staff, mentor and educate nursing personnel, and collaborateінші with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Must have an active, in‑good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in your state of practice
• Prior experience as an LPN in a long‑term care setting such as LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
