Salary: $145,000 – $155,000 annually

• Oversee perioperative and treatment services, including infusion, wound care, and GI procedures.
• Report to the Director of Nursing and manage a team of approximately 10 FTEs.
• Daily management of surgical and treatment room operations, rebuilding staff trust, supporting cross‑training initiatives, and contributing to the expansion of service lines such as orthopedics.
• Provide leadership that is highly organized, patient‑focused, adaptable to changing needs, and demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Must be available to start within 2‑3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Compact or Iowa RN license required.
• Previous nursing leadership experience in perioperative or surgical services, preferably in a Critical Access Hospital or rural setting.

• Compensation Range: $145,000 – $155,000 annually.
• Final compensation will be based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
