Applicants must have an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or a certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program. Prior CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Concord Care Center, you will provide front‑line care, perform Activities of Daily Living, observe changes in patient condition, ensure a safe environment, and maintain education standards. You will support residents to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
