Stone Cottage Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Sigourney, IA, is seeking a dedicated and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We have PRN available, with flexible day schedules that include
12-hour or 8-hour shifts
. Some weekend availability is required.

• Day Shift – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

• Day Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (8-hour shifts)

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care team members

• Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

• Active Iowa RN license in good standing

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
