Database Marketing Analyst

Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Database Marketing Analyst to analyze and improve the performance of mass marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on direct mail and email
. This role supports teams across Casino, Hotel, Marketing, and other departments by delivering validated data, reliable reporting, and actionable insights that inform key decisions.

• Analyze campaign performance across mass marketing efforts, including direct mail and email
• Support campaign development, production, and targeting for direct marketing initiatives
• Lead data proofing and validation processes to ensure campaign and reporting accuracy
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting to deliver actionable insights
• Evaluate results from hotel and casino marketing programs and recommend improvements
• Maintain customer database integrity, including segmentation and targeting accuracy
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to support data-driven strategies that increase engagement and customer value
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Support additional related duties as assigned

• Strong analytical and data management skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing effectiveness
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL preferred (experience with analytics and reporting tools is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear takeaways
• Gaming or hospitality industry experience is a plus
