Founded in 2015, Womennovator is a community platform helping women entrepreneurs launch businesses with zero investment. We empower women through incubation and e‑commerce, supporting over 200 entrepreneurs and partnering with major organizations.

• Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule content, and lead a team of interns.
• Identify and pursue marketing collaborations, maintain database, evaluate ROI.
• Create creatives and write content for social media, website and campaigns.
• Handle online reputation, address queries, coordinate with CRM.
• Organise and host company events, manage vendor lists and participation.

• Experience in marketing and content creation.
• Strong digital marketing tactics knowledge and ability to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
• Good relationship management skills.
• Calm, mature personality.
• Creative, social media enthusiast.
