Production: Countertop Stacker

• Inspect tops for delamination, cracks, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose builddown.
• Collaborate with the production line to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
• Organize the skid area, sweep buttons, dispose of miter pieces, and clean designated areas.
• Lift, carry, and move countertops.
• Alert line coordinator about hot tops, reruns, and bad tops.
• Perform autonomous maintenance checklists for saws and transfer tables.
• Report issues to the supervisor before leaving.
• Operate Joe and other assigned duties.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and Attendance Policy.

• Stand and lift countertops (up to 50 lbs) for 8-11 hours daily.
• Work in noisy, humid, and hot conditions.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
