WhatWe're Looking For
Our flagship U.S. mill in St. Ansgar, Iowa is growing! Due to internal promotions, facility expansion, and team movement, we have multiple night shift operator and assistant operator positions available.
Operator Responsibilities- Operate and monitor computer-based systems and PLC controls to manage milling equipment.
- Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow strict food safety standards.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with state-of-the-art technology.
- Support Operators in daily tasks and learn the role for future advancement.
- Perform sampling and periodic machine checks to ensure consistent product quality.
- Assist with material handling and equipment setup.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and meet production goals.
