14311 Production Worker-Industrial, Vincent, IA, 3 Month Contract

Sigma,Inc. is looking for a Production Worker-Industrial to work onsite with our Client in Vincent, IA.

Shift: Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm

• Steel Toe Shoes Required.
• An in-person interview will be there.
• Need Reliable Transportation!!
• "REQUIRED BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE CANDIDATE STARTS THE ASSIGNMENT.
• Need to be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

• Corn seed bagging and palletizing.
• Soybean seed treating, bagging, and palletizing.
• Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities.
• Must be able to interpret and follow written production orders including quantities, lot numbers, and labels.
• All training and instructions typically given on the job.
• Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job.

• Excellent Punctuality.
• Solid communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Flexible.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
• Ability to pass forklift training test. Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic Math. Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment.

• Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Steel Toed Shoes Required.
