QA System Coordinator

Position Title: QA System Coordinator

Wage: $20.50-$23.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri); 8:00am-12:00pm (every other Sat)

Work in a fast-paced, modern facility in Britt, IA, that prioritizes food safety, innovation, and team success-where every role plays a part in feeding families across the country.

This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

• Ensure food safety and quality of products.
• Follow safe work practices, GMPs, and sanitary conditions.
• Adhere to USDA, FSIS, FDA, and customer guidelines.
• Obtain specialized certifications (HACCP, PCQI, SQF Practitioner).
• Use SAP to access and print product specifications and instructions.
• Train production employees on food safety and quality requirements.
• Review Quality Systems documents and report abnormalities.
• Provide COAs and notify drivers of product release (SSL Tankers).
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and test results.
• Ensure regular and consistent attendance.
• Serve as a backup SQF Practitioner when needed.

• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Able to bend, push, twist, and kneel throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Candidates MUST HAVE a proven track record of several years of solid work history. Please include details of your work experience on your resume.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure by using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percentage. Draw and interpret bar graphs.

• Intermediate skill of Microsoft Suite Applications - Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute preferred.
