Machine Operator

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for programming, setting up and operating machines.

Knowledge of reading blueprints and calibrating tools required. Standing, bending, pushing and pulling required. Must be self‑motivated, organized, able to multi‑task and prioritize. Required to follow all company and safety rules and policies including the use of personal protective equipment.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

• Set‑up and operate machines
• Generate programs and alter programs as needed for machines
• Maintain proper maintenance and inspections of machines
• Check tolerances of all parts being run on the machines
• Review and print completed work orders
• Move parts to various departments of the manufacturing plant
