- Check trucks in and load them for shipment
- Operate a shag truck to move drop trailers and bulk pneumatic trailers
- Load products onto van trailers and stage loads based on the shipping schedule
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain organized warehouse inventory
- Ensure all trailers meet strict food safety standards
- Work closely with a supportive team committed to doing things the right way
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a small‑team environment
- Forklift experience
- Experience with industrial drive‑in racking or yard‑truck backing (preferred, but we'll train the right person)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 12‑hour shifts
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM - a predictable rotation that gives you long stretches of time off to recharge, travel, or spend time with family
- Work around 180 days per year
