Join our team in Corwith, IA! We offer a competitive wage of $19.50 - $25.50 per hour, based on experience and certifications, plus a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

As a full‑time Custom Applicator, you will efficiently apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other agronomic products. Your responsibilities include field preparation, equipment maintenance, calibrating machinery, and interacting with farmers to ensure high quality results. Expect a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, with extended hours and weekend work during peak seasons.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination to operate farm machinery
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Custom applicator license and CDL preferred but not required; we are willing to train
