Experienced CNC Operator

Are you an experienced CNC Operator? Our fabrication team is seeking hardworking, dedicated team members to join us.

• Interpret advanced engineering drawings, understanding design requirements including datums, critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Set up CNC machining and/or turning centers to achieve required specifications.
• Program, set up, and operate multiple CNC machines producing high-quality parts.
• Monitor parts to ensure adherence to drawings and tolerances.
• Shape, sharpen, set cutters, and adjust tools to achieve desired print tolerances.
• Setup bore gauges and other measuring equipment.
• Complete required paperwork, including labor reporting and documentation of quality control and material movement.
• Continually move and prep/position heavy parts as needed.
• Be a reliable and punctual team member.

• Advanced blueprint reading, mathematical and technical skills.
• Ability to use standard tooling such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.
• Basic knowledge of boring bars, drills, and other tooling used to run a CNC machine.
• Frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices are available and recommended.

• 1 year of experience is beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of different material types is beneficial.
• HS diploma or GED.
