What We're Hiring For

We're looking for a Blend Operator to join our 3rd shift blending team. This role is essential in producing custom blends for the biggest names in the food and restaurant industry.

What You'll Do

As a Blend Operator, you will:

  • Follow blend recipes and gather raw materials
  • Load ingredients into the correct bins or hoppers
  • Operate PLC‑controlled blending and packaging systems
  • Make accurate machine adjustments during production
  • Work with blends ranging from 5–12 ingredients
  • Oversee automated packaging and robotic palletizing processes
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness in a food‑safe environment
  • Manage time effectively in a fast‑paced production setting
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfort working with automated systems and machinery
  • Forklift experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of cleanliness and food safety
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude

Food manufacturing, blending, or machine operation experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
