What We Are Looking ForPaint is responsible for prepping, cleaning, and checking the quality of parts before and after parts travel through the paint line.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Prep parts for powder coating or wet painting by cleaning with lacquer thinner and rags
- Hang prepped parts on the paint line
- Apply powder coat to bare metal
- Remove painted parts from the paint line and match parts with the correct documentation
- Identify poor quality parts
- Identify maintenance needed on equipment and tooling
- Work at different workstations as production needs require
- Maintain the work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
- Use proper safety equipment and apparel required for each operation on individual’s product line or work cell
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Constantly – Standing and Lift/Carry up to 10lbs
- Occasionally – Occurs up to 1/3 of the time
- Frequently – Occurs 1/3 to 2/3 of the time
- Constantly – Occurs 2/3 or more of the time
